The 24 Day Challenge Review

by | Aug 25, 2011 | 0 comments |

So there is this new workout program on the market called “The 24 Day Challenge”.  I’ve seen a bunch of facebook and twitter posts about it recently, but I just finally got a chance to checkout the website, which is the24daychallenge.com.
Upon first inspection of their website, which is just a plain WordPress site, it appears its a mix of the Master Cleanse program, and the old “Release” program that GNC used to sell. Here is what the website had to say,

The 24 Day Challenge is a revolutionary program to help individuals lean out and tone up. If your goal is to preserve lean muscle and burn body fat, this simple program is for you.
The program features the use of AdvoCare products, world class nutritional product lines.
AdvoCare features:

  • Industry leading science in every formulation
  • Sports Advisory Council
  • World class athletic endorsers (unpaid)
  • Amazing testimonies from around the country
  • 100 % Satisfaction Guarantee

The program consists of a 10 day “Herbal Cleanse” phase, followed by a 14 day “Max Phase”.

The Phases

Herbal Cleanse Phase

During the cleanse, please include the following AdvoCare products:

HERBAL CLEANSE

SPARK, and

OMEGAPLEX.

You will have great success and enhanced benefits going back on your normal supplement routine upon completion of the cleanse. There are great diet suggestions during the cleanse. You want to pay attention to what you’re eating as to not disrupt your system with foods that hinder digestion and increase inflammation; this will limit progress.

MAX Phase

The next step in the 24 day challenge program is a 14 day max phase. The 14 day max phase is designed to help fuel your body with core nutrition, increase your energy level, control appetite, and shed unwanted pounds and inches.

Max Phase Components include:

MNS Max 3

Meal Replacement Shakes

Spark!

Max Out the Max Phase with these additional products:

SLIM - Liquid Liposuction - Liquid Weight Loss Supplement - Energy & Weight Management

Conclusion

One thing you’ll notice upon viewing the pricing materials, is that there are multiple levels of pricing involved, which is reminiscent of an MLM program.  After futher inspection, the24daychallenge is just one such MLM program.  Now I’m not against MLMs per say, just programs that have an ulterior motive in trying to get you to try them.  Not sure if I’m going to actually try the program or not, it seems rather expensive, however its not out of the question.  There are a plethora of new workouts and diets coming out, and especially with P90X2 on the way, not sure if I can fit it in.

Here is what the website has to say about the company….
