How Do Their Ingredients Measure Up?
Beta alanine is something that is a bit controversial on the effectiveness of it, but I feel that compared with other ingredients, it provides the biggest effect on my workouts. The tingles, whether they help or not, seem to work. Like Beta-alanine, citrulline malate is going to be a love it or hate it kind of thing for people, but if you like that “pre-workout feeling”, you’ll probably love it.
