How to Use
Take one half (½) scoop, mixed with 8-10 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training to determine tolerance. If increased intensity is desired, take one (1) level scoop mixed with 10-12 ounces of water 20-30 minutes before training. Do not exceed 2 scoops per day.
